How to book a treatment:
I am predominantly a mobile practitioner, visiting you in the comfort of your own home. However, I currently also have a space in West Coventry which I can use for Reiki treatments if required.
Please note, if you would like to book a full hours treatment, you will need space at your home for a Reiki table to be put up. If this is not possible, a 30 minute treatment can be carried out with you sitting in a chair.
The easiest way to book a treatment with me is to use one of the contact forms on this website, or to send me a WhatsApp/ text message. I will then get back to you ASAP to schedule a phone call. During the call we will confirm that Reiki and myself will be right for you, and go ahead to book a suitable time and date for your first appointment.
For returning clients, you can contact me the same way, and I will send you my availability for you to choose from.
How do I pay?
After you have made your booking, you will receive an invoice via email and/or text message. In the message, you will find a link to a secure payment page, where you can settle the invoice through a number of payment options.
If you prefer, you can also request my bank details to complete a bank transfer.
You have from the date of receiving your invoice, until 24 hours prior to your appointment to make the payment. For example, if it were the 1st of January, and you made a booking for the 14th of January at 12pm. You would need to have settled your invoice no later than the 13th of January at 12pm.
If you do not make the payment within this time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled.
