I have been trying to take more time to focus on my own physical and mental health recently and when Jake mentioned reiki treatment I was excited to try it out. Jake was so professional and calming from the very beginning, we discussed my goals and with each session we would chat to see if there had been any changes. I found it so easy to relax and Jake was so accommodating when I couldn’t make my most recent appointment we managed to do a distanced treatment instead.
